Het is belangrijk dat de chocolade niet te warm wordt, dus haal het eruit zodra het gesmolten is. Je kunt af en toe kijken en er even in prikken om het te voelen. Bij mij duurde het 7 min op 80 graden, maar elke oven is verschillend. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-25357-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Maak een mooi patroontje door met een achterkan van een vork of een stokje heen en weer te bewegen door de chocolade. Het is witte chocola gevuld met roze koeken, frambozen en mon chou! Dit zijn ook de enige 4 ingrediënten die je nodig hebt! Dit kun je aanpassen naar smaak, want ik vind het erg lekker met 100g mon chou, de smaak gaat daarmee richting frambozen cheesecake. <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />  </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Hetzelfde geldt voor frambozen, als jouw frambozen heel vochtig zijn, kan het geheel vloeibaarder worden. Zet ze daarna weer snel terug in de vriezer tot je ze echt nodig hebt. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-19585-step-0-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Smelt <span class="wprm-dynamic-quantity">250</span>g witte chocola (als je geen choco druppels hebt, hak je chocoladereep dan eerst fijn). Dit kan au-bain-marie of in de magnetron. Ikzelf kies ervoor om eerst <span class="wprm-dynamic-quantity">175</span>g te smelten en daarna de overige <span class="wprm-dynamic-quantity">75</span>g chocola toe te voegen en dan te verwarmen tot het echt net gesmolten is! Check de video voor details. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-19585-step-0-8" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Doe de gesmolten chocola in een hoog glas/beker.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-19585-step-0-9" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Neem bonbon vorkje(s) (deze kun je ook zelf maken, zie <a href="https://youtu.be/SgNUH7Tgqo0" target="_blank">deze video)</a> en doop alle bolletjes in de chocolade en laat het daarna hard worden op een plaat met bakpapier. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-19585-step-0-10" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Deco: je kunt nog wat gesmolten chocola kleuren in een andere kleur en lijntjes maken op de bonbons. Daar kun je vervolgens ook nog leuke sprinkles op doen. Maar je kunt het op elke manier decoreren natuurlijk. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-19585-step-0-11" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Zet de bonbon in mini-cupcakepapiertjes, als je dit leuk vindt! Daarom smelt ik het in de magnetron in etappes van ongeveer 20 sec (op medium stand). Zodra de helft ongeveer gesmolten is, stop ik met verwarmen en blijf ik het roeren. Zo probeer ik ervoor te zorgen dat alle chocola alsnog smelt. Het is verstandig om de eerste batch maar 2 koekjes te doen, zodat je even rustig kunt oefenen met deze 2. Daarna deed ik ze per 4, maar je kunt zelf kijken wat jij handig vindt. Je kunt ze alleen vormen als ze warm zijn, daarom kun je er niet te veel tegelijk doen. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-15760-step-0-16" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Leg het malletje op het bakpapier en doe hier een klein beetje beslag in. Strijk dit recht uit. De hoogte ongeveer gelijk aan het kartonnetje. Het makkelijkst is om met een &quot;deegkrabber&quot; of een pasje/lineaal of iets anders rechts over het karton heen te schuiven. </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Je kunt ook zonder malletje gewoon rondjes maken met een lepel of spatel, het wordt dan alleen veel minder gelijkmatig. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-15760-step-0-17" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Doe het 8-9 min in de oven (dit verschilt per oven, je ziet dat het vanaf de buitenrand naar binnen toe bruin wordt, het mooist is als het grootste deel van het koekje bruin is geworden, houd het goed in de gaten)</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-15760-step-0-18" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Terwijl je koekjes in de oven staan kun je evt nog een 2e plaat met koekjes maken, zodat deze er daarna gelijk in kan. Je kunt ook alvast een kopje klaarpakken en evt een cupcake bakblik om de koekjes in te leggen. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-15760-step-0-19" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Haal een koekje warm van de plaat, leg de wens erin, vouw het dubbel. en vouw het daarna om de rand van het kopje heen. Van mijn hoofdcamera zijn de beelden verloren gegaan van deel 2, het is mij niet gelukt om dit te herstellen. Daarom zie je in deel 2 een ander beeld dan je van mij gewend bent en kijk ik dus niet in de camera. Ik hoop dat jullie hier doorheen kunnen kijken.
